Valentine Wreath

I found this adorable four pack of hearts in the $1 dollar bin at Target
and knew they would be perfect for the
Valentine wreath I was making for my mom. After adding some white and pink flowers from Dollar Tree here it is :)

  5. I love how the hearts really make it Valentines-y and you can take them off to use the wreath even after Valentines Day :)
